About

Kingsmede is a private investment company specialising in the ownership of Australian city office buildings and warehouses.

We provide high quality office suites in well presented buildings in key Sydney CBD locations. Our primary focus is to provide premium quality office space at competitive rentals, for small to medium size businesses, seeking to house less than eighty employees.

Our buildings are maintained to a superior standard all having on site staff to assist the day to day needs of our clientele. Our properties are all in prime locations and offer high quality office space to smaller businesses in locations normally dominated by large companies allowing small business to operate at the "big end of town" at rents less than their larger rivals.

Our warehouse facilities are again primarily located in Sydney; all in close proximity to major arterial transport routes. In this sector of the property market we aim to provide reasonably priced, functional space suitable for a wide variety of warehouse and light industrial users.

As a private company totally dedicated to the provision of office and warehouse space we can and do provide a personal and higher level of service than rival landlords who are generally large institutions.

As a result we are proud that occupants of our buildings are extremely loyal most choosing to remain located in our buildings for many more years than the average. This is achieved because of our personalized service and because we are able to relocate tenants if they require as we offer such a large variety of different size office and warehouse suites.
