CEO Brent has over twenty years’ experience in finance and property, nationally and internationally. Previously working at a senior level for investment banks in Europe and Asia, as well as later running a private property company.

Responsible for the implementation of Kingsmede’s investment strategy. Brent maximizes the performance and value of our portfolio whilst maintaining our impeccable reputation and proven track record in delivering consistent income and capital appreciation.

Head of Asset & Project Management Natashia has over twenty years’ experience in the management of commercial and industrial properties. Prior to joining our team, Natashia oversaw South Africa’s largest retail portfolio, and a diverse portfolio of management intensive properties locally.

Responsible for all property & project management of Kingsmede’s portfolio, focusing on quality improvements to buildings and delivering successful capital works programs, to optimize financial performance of assets. She also plays a pivitol role in the technical due diligence review of new investments.

General Manager Investments QLD Glen has over twelve years’ experience in finance and property. He has acquired and developed retail, industrial and self-storage assets across Australia and New Zealand for private developers, ASX listed REITS and his own company. Glen holds a B. Commerce in Accounting from the University of Queensland and a real estate license.

Glen is based in Brisbane and is responsible for executing Kingsmede’s self-storage strategy, with a focus on acquisition, asset performance improvement and new development.

General Manager Operations Chris has over twenty years of relevant Finance, Property and General Management experience. Prior to Kingsmede he was employed at an executive level with a commercial property development business and previously owned a Chartered Accounting Practice.

Analyst Ha has 14 years’ experience in the property industry with JLL, Savills, Cushman Wakefield and Ray White Commercial, specialising in valuation and advisory including sales and investment projects. She is responsible for financial modelling, internal valuations and market research. Supporting the overall financial function and responsible for maximising the performance of the portfolio while continually improving efficiencies across our business, with her extensive knowledge of property and investment markets.

Senior Fund Accountant Trista is responsible for overseeing the finance and legal aspects of the portfolio, with a primary responsibility to establish and execute systems and protocols ensuring full compliance with AFSL, regulatory, statutory, accounting, and other relevant obligations.

She has extensive experience of more than five years in the fund accounting and fund management sector. Specialises in enhancing processes to deliver precise unit pricing, timely distributions, and comprehensive quarterly or annual reports for investors.

Holds a Bachelor of Professional Accounting and Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

Foundation for National Park and Wildlife

Kingsmede have partnered with the Foundation for National Parks & Wildlife, to improve our environment by planting native trees in bushfire affected areas.

Our tenants are helping us to aid the restoration of Australia’s native and unique landscape in the years to come. For every new space leased we pledge to plant one tree per employee.

This provides funding to FNPW to plant seedlings in bushfire recovery nurseries, with the goal to plant one million trees across Australia by 2025.

Kolling Institute Bridging Medical Reasearch and Health

Kingsmede have partnered with the Kolling Institute and continue to support the renal research team’s overarching goal is to improve the lives of patients with chronic kidney disease. The Kolling Institute have brought together a large, talented team driven by a common goal – to help diagnose, prevent and treat disease, and improve the care our community receives.

HOW?

  • By funding one of the world’s leading research teams based in Sydney.

THE RESEARCH PROJECT

  • To grow kidney organoids from cells excreted in the urine of patients. This has already been achieved.
  • Drugs exist that can slow kidney failure, but the result differs depending on the type of kidney failure.
  • These organoids will be used to test medications to show which is best for each patient as individual responses differ.
  • This pioneering form of testing will require regulatory approval but should be faster as the medications are not being tested on people until a result on the organoid can be proven.
