Australian Storage Trust is an unregistered managed investment scheme established to provide investors with exposure to the Australian self-storage market, with returns generated by a combination of income and capital appreciation.
The Trust will focus on well located self-storage operations, or properties where these can be established, in locations identified by independent demographers.
The Trust will provide an income stream through a diverse tenant base, geographical spread and supplementary income from ancillary uses where suitable. The Trust will also result in a long term landbank, with the ability to develop in the medium and long term as scale is achieved.
