The Trust was established to build a portfolio of industrial assets within 35km of Brisbane CBD that would benefit from the increased user and investor demand into the last mile logistics sector. The Trust pays a monthly distribution and has a target 55% LVR, with a 7 year investment horizon.
The portfolio strategy results in investors receiving stable monthly cash returns, in addition to wealth preservation and value enhancement by investing into good quality well located properties on significant land parcels in Brisbane. Some properties in the portfolio are newly developed or recently refurbished, adding tax depreciation benefits and reducing capital expenditure risks for investors.
